Roosevelt in the cat fort
The Workroom was filled with people - all mingling about & feasting their eyes on all of the great items on display. I took advantage of The Workroom's fabric sale - I bought several metres for my sampler quilt & a few fat squares to start a baby quilt (for my friend Renee). I am really glad that I left my lazies at home & made it out, because I got to see some happy familiar faces & some new ones too!

I have to admit, I went to a Super Bowl Party & didn't even really watch the football game. Most of the guys watched in the TV room while a few of us stayed near the kitchen (where the food was!) & watched America's Funniest Videos (still funny!) & trash TV. Mind you, we did watch Christina Aguilera sing the "Star Spangled Banner" & we did watch Black Eyed Peas' awful halftime show.

The walk home was really nice, it was snowing big fat snow flakes. Really, really pretty.

Looks like a pretty cool Sunday! So glad you came by the show (and scored some fabric, whooo!).
I'm very glad too! So nice meeting you!
